Refund & Return Policy

Made to your measurements

• Every pattern is drafted and cut to the measurements you give us after you order. It is made for one person and cannot be resold, so patterns are final sale: they cannot be returned and they cannot be refunded.
• Please check your measurements before you confirm the order. We read them back to you on the phone before anything is cut, and that call is your chance to correct them.

Tailoring accessories

• Scales, scissors and the other tailoring accessories are not returnable and not refundable once they have been delivered. Please check the description and the size on the product page before you order.
• This does not affect the section below: an item that arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or never arrives is put right whatever it is.

Damaged, wrong or undelivered

• If anything you ordered arrives damaged, is not the item you ordered, or does not arrive at all, we will replace it or refund you in full. Tell us within 7 days
• This covers patterns as well as accessories. It is not a return: it is what we owe you when an order was not delivered as promised, and nothing above removes it.

• Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 5 to 7 working days of us agreeing them. For a cash-on-delivery order we will ask for bank details to send it to.

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel for a full refund any time before we cut the pattern. Once cutting has started we cannot cancel it, because it is made for you alone.

Disputes

• Any dispute about an order must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

Content Legality

• Misuse of purchased patterns (such as resale or unauthorized distribution) will result in legal action without eligibility for a refund.
