You can leave a comment on any article on this site. This is everything it collects and what happens to it.
- Your name - shown beside your comment once it is published, so use a name you are happy for other readers to see.
- Your email address - optional, and never shown on the site. We ask for it only so we can reply to you privately if your comment needs an answer. Leave it blank and your comment still works.
- What you wrote, and the date you wrote it.
Nothing appears straight away
- Every comment is held until somebody here has read it, so there will be a delay before yours appears. This is how we keep spam off the site.
- Comments cannot contain web links - the form will tell you so rather than silently dropping what you wrote.
- We may decline a comment without publishing it.
Removing your comment
- Email support@fashiondot.in or call +91 84486 38639 between 9.30 AM and 6.30 PM and we will remove your comment and the email address stored with it.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file this website asks your browser to keep. We use as few as we can, and the ones that are not needed to run the shop are set only after you agree to them.
Always set, because the shop cannot work without them
- ASP.NET_SessionId - holds your basket, and keeps you signed in to your account while you are here. It is deleted when you close your browser.
- sh_lang - remembers whether you chose English or Tamil. Kept for one year.
- sh_consent - remembers the choice you made on the cookie notice, so we stop asking. Kept for six months.
- __RequestVerificationToken - a security check that stops another website submitting a form on your behalf.
- SizeHubAdminCookie - our own staff signing in to the admin panel. It is never set for a customer.
Set only if you choose "Accept all"
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) - tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they stop. Kept up to two years.
- Google Ads (_gcl_*) - tells us whether an advert led to an order, so we do not keep paying for ones that do not.
Until you accept, these two Google services still see that a page was opened, but without any cookie and without anything that identifies your device.
Set as soon as you arrive, whichever you choose
- Meta Pixel (_fbp) - tells us whether an advert on Facebook or Instagram led to an order. Kept up to three months.
We would rather this one waited for your answer like the others, and we are working on it. It is loaded through the same tag manager as the Google services above, but it does not read the consent setting they read, so choosing “Essential only” does not currently stop it. Until that is fixed, the way to prevent it is your browser's own cookie settings, or a tracker blocker. We would rather tell you this plainly than let the page above imply something we cannot deliver.
What we note as you shop, which is not a cookie
If you agree to measurement, we also keep a short list of what you did on the shop - the products you opened, when you opened the configurator, what you added to the basket, and whether you reached the checkout and left without ordering. It is stored on our own server, against your visit and, if you are signed in or have given us an email address, against that address - so our staff can see it beside your orders and pick up the thread if you call us.
We keep it because a checkout somebody abandons currently leaves no other trace, and following one up is often the difference between an order and nothing. If you choose “Essential only”, none of it is recorded. It is not shared with anyone outside Size Hub, and you can ask us to delete it using the contact details below.
Changing your mind
- Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Your new choice applies straight away.
- You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The shop keeps working; you will simply be asked again.
