Where we deliver

• We post paper patterns and tailoring accessories anywhere in India.

Charges

• Delivery is ₹49. Delivery is free when your order comes to ₹999 or more after any discount.
• Cash on delivery is available nationwide and carries a handling fee of ₹59 (₹50 plus 18% GST).

How long it takes

• Every pattern is drafted and cut to your measurements after you order, so no pattern ships from stock. Tailoring accessories do ship from stock and usually go out sooner.
• Delivery arrives in 3 to 5 working days.
• We confirm your measurements with you before cutting. If we cannot reach you, that pauses the order. An accessory-only order needs no measurements and is not held up.

Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number once the pattern is posted.
• You can also check progress with your order reference and phone number on our order tracking page.
