Normal princess cut with belt blouse

Used this princess cut pattern for a customer's aari work blouse. Since panels were exact, the embroidery placement came out even on both sides. Customer booked her next blouse immediately.

First princess cut pattern I bought online, took me a while to understand which panel goes where. Once I understood the markings, stitching was straightforward and fit was good.

With belt princess cut, stitched for a silk saree blouse. Neat look.

Waist belt position is where princess cut blouses usually go wrong. Here the belt line landed exactly on the waist for my customer, shape came very nice.

My self-made block was okay for cotton but failed on stretch material. This pattern handled both cloths I tried without issue.

The blouse fitting came good and princess lines shaped well. Belt part I stitched twice because first time I attached little crooked, my mistake mostly. Final look is very nice.

Belt model blouse I thought only experienced tailors can do. Followed the pattern piece by piece and the belt joined clean at waist. Fitting came correct, my aunt asked me to stitch for her too.

When I drafted belt blouses myself, the belt would twist after wearing. From this pattern the belt sits flat the whole day.
