We read your measurements back to you before anything is cut — that call is where a mistake gets caught, so please keep the number on your order reachable.
If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or never arrives at all, we replace it or refund you in full. That is not a return — it is what we owe you when an order was not delivered as promised, and it applies to patterns just as much as accessories.
