Every shirt farma comes as the full set of pieces, not just a front and back: collar and stand, cuff, yoke, sleeve and placket, all cut to the same chest and length you entered. Cutting marks, darts and the grain direction are printed on the sheet, and the seam allowance is already outside the cut line.
A shop cutting several shirts a week is redrawing the same draft each time. A paper farma on 200 GSM waterproof board can be pinned, folded and reused, so the drafting is done once and the cutting table gets the time back. Order one per customer, or one per size you cut often.
